As a Paralegal, you will join the expanding legal team supporting the business activities of Databricks in EMEA and providing timely and practical advice on customer transactions. There will be scope to work on the development of our global processes and procedures as we continue to scale and the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions. You are agile, highly organised and have the experience, skills, drive and flexibility to support a leading technology company that is changing the world, facing cutting-edge legal issues and organisational challenges on multiple fronts. You will be working in a friendly outgoing team and report to the Director & Associate General Counsel, EMEA. The impact you will have: You will drive to completion NDAs and order forms You will provide support to and advise our Sales Teams on deal process and contract management Deliver enablement to Sales Teams Help with standardisation of documentation and processes across multiple jurisdictions You will learn Databricks' internal structures, product offerings, technology, security/data protection systems and policies to give you a foundation for providing support across Databricks' lines of business What we look for: 2-4 years experience in-house within a technology company with a quarterly sales cycle Proven track record of working autonomously to finalise NDAs and basic contract documentation with customers Knowledge of business process relating to commercial contract practices in a sales-led environment Experience using Salesforce, contract management systems (like Ironclad), CPQ (Configure Price Quote) systems Experience managing time sensitive contract processes and administration Understanding of cloud services contracts an advantage You should have a strong desire to be part of a dynamic in-house legal team A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge base Degree-level education French language skills beneficial About Databricks Databricks is the data and AI company.
