We are seeking an experienced Paralegal. This position will report to the General Counsel and provide general legal support in furtherance of the Company’s day-to-day operations. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and a willingness to help. Key Responsibilities: Administer and oversee insurance agent/agency licensing compliance program. Supports Company contract review and management process. Provide support with pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and regulatory complaints. Deliver general legal assistance to advance the Company’s goals and daily operations. Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agent partners and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification with 3+ years of relevant business experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of compliance related to administrative filings preferred. Litigation experience valued but not required. Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational abilities. Strong analytical, technical, and research skills. Professional oral and written communication skills. Technical proficiency in word processing and Excel. A collaborative, adaptive mindset with good judgment and a “can-do” attitude. Why Work Here….
