Consultant - Regulatory & Financial Crime Compliance
Pure Search have been exclusively instructed to support Allica Bank in finding a Paralegal to join the Legal team. The Legal Team is the heart of Allica Bank, where no two days are ever the same. This candidate will support the General Counsel & Company Secretary, the Associate General Counsel, a Senior Legal Counsel and two Legal Counsels. This role is an initial 6-9 month contract with the potential to go permanent. What will you need to be successful in this role? Experience working with senior stakeholders, such as the General Counsel Knowledge of reviewing and negotiating NDAs and Supplier Contracts Staying up to date with relevant changes in the law, in particular new legislation and providing potential business impacts to the team Ensuring the business is protected, legally compliant, has certainty regards obligations and is effectively risk managed A strong educational background, preferably having completed the LPC (SQE) At least 2 years' experience as a Paralegal, ideally with some time spent working in-house What's in it for you?
