Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents. Conduct title searches, resolve title issues, and coordinate with title companies. Schedule and assist with closings, including post-closing tasks like recording deeds. Research zoning laws, property taxes, and due diligence materials. Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or paralegal certification (Bachelor's preferred). 2-5 years of real estate law experience. Proficiency in legal software (e.g., SoftPro, Clio) and Microsoft Office.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication and time management. Ability to resolve issues with title work and closing processes effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Paralegal (CP) or Real Estate Specialist certifications.
