You will be joining a highly performing legal team that has a global presence. You will gain exposure in commercial contracts and legal operations from this role.

Our client, an innovative and dynamic tech company, is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal / Legal Executive to join their in-house legal team in Nottingham.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements for the business. Provide accurate and timely counsel to the business on contractual matters. Identify and manage contractual risks and implement solutions to any issues that may arise. Review, update, and manage standard contractual documents. Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, on contract negotiation. Support the legal department on process improvements and implementation.

Experience Needed:

1-2 years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally gained in-house or in private practice. Experience in negotiating commercial contracts. Law degree or equivalent. Strong and effective negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills both within and across teams. Experience in working in a tech or SaaS organization would be advantageous.

The role supports hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) and can offer long-term routes for qualification.
