Paralegal Regional Law Firm Location : Milton Keynes Salary : up to £30,000 + Benefits Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is looking to expand their real estate team by hiring a paralegal or someone who has a desire to learn and be trained as a paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant law, commercial leases, and property transactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Real Estate team in advising clients on various commercial property matters, including leases, lease renewals, and other related agreements. Draft and review commercial leases, lease renewals, and related documents. Support senior fee earners with property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants in a professional manner to provide clear and concise advice. Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently. Assist with business development initiatives and help foster relationships with clients. Knowledge and Experience Required: You do not have to have Paralegal experience but should have the desire to learn and be trained. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders and clients. A keen eye for detail, combined with the ability to think strategically. A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop new contacts and contribute to the team’s growth.
