We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our client, a friendly and well established firm with a stong presence across the West of Scotland from their Glasgow city centre offices.
Appointment Summary
Comprehensive Estate Administration: Manage the entire process of estate administration from start to finish with precision and care.
Drafting and Managing Legal Documents: Handle the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, ensuring our clients' wishes are clearly and accurately represented.
Autonomous File Management: Take full responsibility for your own cases, working independently with minimal supervision, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Required Experience
Expertise and Experience : Proven experience in executry and private client work is essential at a Paralegal level.
Independence and Initiative : Ability to manage your own files efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Client-Focused Approach : Commitment to providing compassionate and professional service to our clients during their most critical times.
