We are working with a boutique law firm based in London, who are seeking a skilled and ambitious Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team on a permanent basis. As a Paralegal in the firm’s real estate team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of legal services for all of the commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for an academically driven law graduate with a passion for real estate or property law to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds. Conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports for fee earners and clients. Managing client due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handling pre- and post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression. Maintaining accurate case records and managing document management systems. Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative tasks as required. About You: A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) with strong academic achievements. Previous experience as a paralegal in a similar environment, specifically within real estate or property law. A genuine interest in real estate law and a desire to build a long-term career in this field. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management systems. A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively. What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package.
