Join our Legal team and work across a variety of legal domains: finance, commercial, IP and corporate. Your mission

Contract Management:

Assist in the drafting and review of various commercial contracts, including NDAs, marketing and service agreements. Track and manage contract deadlines and renewals. Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Legal Research & Analysis:

Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal and business issues. Prepare legal memos and summaries on relevant legal topics. Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and materials.

Administrative Support:

Manage legal budgets and other administrative tasks for the legal team. Prepare and process legal invoices and purchase orders. Coordinate with external counsel and legal vendors. Manage document production and e-discovery requests. Maintain accurate and organized legal files.

Litigation Support:

Assist with the preparation and organization of litigation materials. Conduct e-discovery searches and reviews. Assist with document production and other litigation tasks as needed.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Paralegal Studies). +3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, having experience supporting commercial legal teams would be a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with different software tools, including budget management, contract management platforms, legal research databases and e-discovery platforms (preferred). What’s in it for you?
