Job Description
The Paralegal Team Leader position based in Basingstoke will hold the following responsibilities:
Oversee a small team of junior paralegals
Ensure that workloads are managed and prioritized
Provide weekly reports back to the department manager
Carry out weekly 121s
Handle any escalated queries and questions
Assist with contract review during busy times
Ensure that team training is carried out
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders within sales and operations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Paralegal Team Leader position will need to have the following skills and experience:
Have a strong background and understanding of paralegal work
Have experience training/supervising other team members
Have strong communication skills to work effectively with internal departments
Be able to work 5 days a week in the office
What's on Offer
This is an interim position for up to 6 months. This position requires the candidate to be based on-site with the team 5 days a week. Parking is available on site.
