Loch Associates Group is looking for a Paralegal to join our expanding award-winning team.

People are our business – we provide a one stop shop to employers providing HR consultancy, employment law advice, HR support and Wellbeing solutions.

The Paralegal will play a key role supporting our team of employment and commercial Solicitors.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least three years’ experience in a similar Paralegal role. You will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and be able to multitask and use your own initiative. We are looking for someone with strong drafting experience who can be proactive and pre-empt the needs of the team. You will have a good understanding of the work our Solicitors complete which will enable you to help manage their caseloads effectively. A good typing speed and excellent Microsoft Word skills are a must.
