To provide day-to-day legal case management of a cohort of the Trust's cases that are subject to Coronial Investigations or other court proceedings. Working to ensure excellent quality case management including considered, compassionate clinical staff support for the duration of the applicable legal process, whilst ensuring the Trust's legal compliance. Law degree or substantial practical legal experience coupled with some level of legal qualification Disclosure and Barring Service Check
