£31,067 - £34,314 per year. Seeking suitably qualified, enthusiastic and motivated paralegals to work within the Council's Legal Team and Coroner Service providing a range of legal support. We are currently looking to recruit a permanent paralegal to undertake debt recovery work and one fixed term paralegal for 12 months to work with the Coroner Service.
The successful candidate for the permanent post will be expected to work across the Litigation hubs providing a range of support to the legal team in relation to litigation and debt recovery matters. The successful candidate for the fixed term post will be working with the Coroner Service providing dedicated support for inquest and other coronial work. Training will be provided, and you will be expected to work under pressure, prioritise, and manage a caseload under supervision. You must be able to communicate effectively with members, officers, and outside agencies.
