BRANCH MANAGER
Branch Manager required to co-ordinate the business function of our busy mixed practices at Dungannon, Aughnacloy and Drumahoe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating value for the Company by supporting the Senior Management Team in delivering high quality patient and client care while assisting with the efficient day to day management and operations of the practice. In this role you will drive efficiency by supervising and line managing the teams within our farm, small animal and poultry departments. You will be required to initiate and participate in regular team meetings.
The successful candidate will:
• Have at least 2 years experience within a veterinary practice and be able to demonstrate a keen desire to be involved in a middle management role.
• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to coach, develop and motivate individuals and teams.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office and data manipulation.
This is a full-time position.
