Based in our Farnborough office in Hampshire, UK, we are hiring for a Part Qualified Accountant to join our team due to the continued growth of our UK operations. The following is a non-exhaustive description of some of the typical roles and responsibilities that you would hold day to day in this position: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with project and cost center managers. Upgrade finance processes including monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting. Maintain correct master data in SAP B1 and Tagetik systems and ensure accurate financial reconciliation (balance sheet, intercompany, and timesheet). Approve bank payments, freelancers' invoices, and report taxable benefits to HMRC (P11ds, PSA). Assist with audit preparation, cover team members during absences, and handle national statistics surveys. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry (preferably construction of large industrial plants) in controlling and reporting, preferably in a project environment. Good knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP accounting & local taxes. Knowledge of ERPs, preferably in SAP / SAP B1 / IFS, excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) / Qualified by experience. Soft skills: flexibility, good ability to cope with pressure, high level of resilience and assertiveness, customer oriented. Fluency in written and spoken English, with clear and effective communication at all levels. Additional Information
