Description
Joining as an ACA/ACCA Part Qualified Accountant based in the firm's Yeovil offices, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements for a diverse range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You will also be involved in tax compliance work, help manage juniors by reviewing bookkeeping work and providing guidance, and there could be potential for involvement with audit work, depending on the preferences, motivations, and experience of the right candidate. Your responsibilities and involvement with clients, wider accounting, and tax project work will increase over time as you develop within the team and role, and you will be encouraged to progress and develop within your career, with the support of highly experienced, qualified professionals around you, combined with study support for those looking to pursue further qualifications.
Profile
For this Part Qualified Accountant role, you may be AAT qualified and/or part ACA/ACCA. You will have a background in the accountancy practice sector, working within a UK firm of accountants of any size, with at least two to three years of experience or more in preparing year-end accounts, tax, and providing other services for clients.
