This would be a promising option for a junior auditor looking to enhance their commercial experience in a more flexible/hybrid role. With the support of senior members of the team, you will be responsible for the external audit of accounts for an interesting and varied client portfolio, including those from manufacturing, technology, property, financial services, and charity sectors. You will complete a high standard of work to deadlines and ensure the firm is represented in a professional and efficient manner on client site and in all client communication. You will act as a role model and provide support to junior members of the team, as required.
Ideally, you will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CA) with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in external audit gained within small to medium-sized UK accountancy practice. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to develop a successful career in pursuit of CA/ACCA qualification. Experience of CCH audit Automation, Sage, Excel, and Caseware IDEA would be highly advantageous.
Salary will be offered depending on experience + training + study support. The firm has an excellent reputation for training and would welcome interest from individuals with an additional interest in data analytics and automation.
