JRRL are looking for a Part Qualified Management Accountant who will help with the preparation of monthly management accounts including managing the day-to-day purchase/sales ledger, payroll and bookkeeping across multiple clients. The Part Qualified Management Accountant will be technically proficient, highly motivated and organised, with particular attention to detail and will have good communication skills.

This is a Remote role,

with a monthly office meeting in Bromley. Duties of the Part Qualified Management Accountant Sales/Purchase Ledger:

management of ledgers Credit Control:

Proactively chase payments due Finance Control:

Tracking and understanding the P&L and Balance sheets Management Accounts:

help with the preparation of various sets of monthly management reports for the different companies inclusive of Accrual accounting, PL, BS, variance analysis, Cashflow report and forecasting across all reports Reporting:

Preparation and coordination of both ad hoc and regular analysis Payroll:

Management of the monthly payroll Process Management:

adherence to and improvement of both Finance and Governance processes both for the end client and internally Coordination of various financial matters:

Manage, support, and deliver across various financial ad hoc queries from clients Business Support:

Provide excellent decision support to the client, ensuring that optimal commercial decisions are always taken by the business Year End:

Preparation of Year End accounts VAT & CIS Returns:

preparation, checking and running of VAT and CIS returns Person Specification for the Part Qualified Management Accountant: Experience of managing accounts for small to medium sized businesses Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA, Degree or comparable commercial experience Advanced MS Excel, preferably knowledge of Xero, PowerPoint Professional attitude with strong written and verbal communication Confidentiality, attention to detail and time management skills This role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above.
