Part Time Manager to join a near Yeovil based firm of accountants Managing the delivery of accounts, tax and the team, as a key support & addition About Our Client Based north of Yeovil in a rural location with parking on site, this niche 'boutique' firm of accountants acts for a wide range of industry clients with turnovers up to £3 million on larger clients, while client size ranges right across smaller sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, SMEs, and OMBs typically in the £100k - £500k turnover range. Job Description Joining as a Part Time Accountancy Practice Manager, you will act as key support and work alongside the firm's director to take on the practice and staff managerial elements. This includes reviewing work, training and developing the team, overseeing job and diary calendars, and managing the timescales effectively to ensure the work is completed by the team. There will also be an element of being hands-on, but the focus will be on managerial oversight and support to help with the growth and development of this firm. The Successful Applicant For this Part Time Accountancy Practice Manager role, you may be qualified across any of: AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA, CTA, or have developed your career through experience only to date. You should have a career background within accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to a wide range of sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients, developed within a UK accountancy practice firm environment. You will have progressed to around the managerial levels and be looking for a part-time role. What's on Offer Circa £35,000 - £45,000 FTE dependent on background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
