Part Time Fund Accountant, £40-50,000 for full time

This is a newly created role to bring all accountancy back in-house working for a business that has a strong reputation in the property sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to join a highly motivated finance and reporting team.

Skills Required:
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant
Property experience advantageous
Ability to work fully remote
Must live in the Harrogate, York, Leeds area
You should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Must be able to work with individuals from many different cultures and be able to fit into a tightly knit team.
Responsibilities:
Part of a new accounting team reporting to the Head of Finance
Primary objective is to take responsibility to produce consolidated accounts for various groups within the organisation.
Bookkeeping on Sage
Creating the consolidated quarterly reporting including all usual consol adjustments, accruals, interest calculations etc.
Liaising with third party accountants to obtain quarterly reporting to include in the consolidated workbooks.
Annual consolidated financial statements
