Part-Time Assistant Role - HMCTS Bury St Edmunds

Pay Rate: £11.59 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week, between 10am and 5pm Location: HMCTS Bury St Edmunds

Role Overview:

Our Public Sector Client are seeking a reliable and adaptive Part-Time Assistant to support a Team Manager at HMCTS Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Manager, who has limited use of their hands, providing essential administrative and clerical support. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate should be flexible with their working hours from week to week (Monday - Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Team Manager in transposing information and performing administrative tasks. Minute-taking during meetings and drafting documents under instruction. Data entry and management using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. Learn to navigate HMCTS-specific applications with guidance. General administrative duties when the Team Manager is unavailable.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and listening skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams. Quick to learn new systems and applications. Capable of handling administrative tasks independently. Willingness to adapt to changing work patterns.
