This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of compliance frameworks and processes while supporting a business committed to excellence and ethical practices.

About the Role: As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee and maintain the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, including FCA requirements and the latest Consumer Duty standards. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with management, colleagues, and external bodies. A proactive and ethical professional with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata). Flexibility to work part-time, with potential for full-time hours based on your needs. The opportunity to take ownership of compliance in a professional and supportive environment.
