VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Concierge to join a residential development, based near Canary Wharf.
Shift Pattern: 4on/4off - 1pm to 7pm
Salary: £12,754.50 - £11.68 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Main Duties:
Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
Dealing with all residents' requests and complaints efficiently.
Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
Accurate parcel handling and recording.
Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
Maintaining a logbook of current and past contractors and on-site visitors.
Internal and external patrols of the development.
Confident to carry out H&S checks - Fire alarms, AOV's, emergency lights, lifts.
