Part-time EA to Family Office/Investment firm based in Kensington

This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA to work for our client, a long-established firm, supporting highly successful professionals in their modern, open plan office.

A great team: they are looking for an energetic, diligent and positive person, who can make this position their own.

25 hours a week with days / hours flexible to discuss

Salary pro-rata to £65,000-70,000 Healthcare cover and discretionary bonus

Key duties:

  • EA responsibilities for the founders and team.
  • Diary management: organise meetings, conference calls and navigate schedule conflicts.
  • Supplier management, invoice processing/bookkeeping.
  • Manage outsourced IT providers to ensure quick resolution of any IT issues.
  • Support ongoing philanthropy projects and administrative processes of charitable trust.
  • Occasional travel and real estate support along with ad-hoc event planning.
  • Management of the office space and point person for the landlord.
  • Operational experience is beneficial to act as support and holiday cover.

Skills required:

  • Experienced EA with an understanding of finance
  • Proficient in Outlook and experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Motivated to support the founders and team with a desire to assist wherever possible in the day to day running of the family office business.
