Field Manager - Part Time Saturday & Sundays from 14th October until end December (with possiblity for extension or other opportunities) Additional days may be available (Thursday or Friday) £12.57 ph (£88.01 per day) + £10 daily bonus + holiday pay Our Technology Wave Campaigns are ramping up for the Christmas Peak period and we are on the lookout for not 1 but 7 Field Managers. You will lead and develop an awesome team of Technology Brand Ambassadors who represent huge brand names such as Microsoft, Intel and the global leader in Virtual Reality products. From onboarding and training, right through to performance management and helping your team to recognise their potential - no 2 days will be the same. Working closely with the National Field Manager, this is a fast-paced and varied role, which requires determination, organisation, resilience, enthusiasm and strong team working skills. You will thrive under pressure and love being out and about meeting people. The role is field based which would ordinarily consist days out in the field and the odd day from home. There will be requirements to travel, attend meetings and conduct field visits within stores in your region (Currys & John Lewis) each week to meet your BAs. This is the ideal role for you if you have some people management experience under your belt and ideally have worked within a technology and/or brand promoter role previously.
