We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team in South Harrow within one of the largest independent enforcement agent companies in the UK. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by analysing financial data to guide business decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, conducting bank reconciliations, managing invoicing processes, and utilising financial software for analysis.

Your new role Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Manage invoicing processes, including the preparation and distribution of invoices. Utilise Sage 50 for financial reporting and analysis. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse relevant data. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Sage 50. Confident and strong understanding of bank reconciliations and invoicing processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards. A Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential. What you'll get in return
