Leadership skills Experience of working within a small team beneficial Highly organised with excellent communication skills Experience in auditing, taxation, cost accounting, budgeting and financial reporting Management Accounts ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Experience of general HR within the office Key Duties:
Manage the company’s financial affairs Oversee HR practices, processes and strategies General HR such as managing personnel records and disciplinary matters Implement Training Programs Ensure that all bank accounts are regularly reviewed and reconciled Prepare monthly management reports and P&L projections Management of staff Liaise with Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise and the company’s accountants Calculate and file corporate tax returns Evaluate the company’s financial transactions Responsible for ensuring compliance is up to date Payroll In return you will be offered: Salary of £45-50,000 FTE On-site Parking Fully office-based role Hours 8.30-5pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday, flexibility on hours Friendly working environment Full or part time hours available Flexibility with school hours To find out more about the role you can speak to Nicola on the office number or to apply email in your CV.
