Part Time Financial Controller – About The Role In this role you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for the finance function. You will be required to liaise with other sites with occasional visits required and you must be in the office on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will be:
Full preparation and production of the monthly management accounts
Full balance sheet analysis and reconciliation for the MD
Year-end accounts and liasion with the accountants in respect of corporation tax
Monthly payroll for 3 companies
Handling the AP and AR functions and working closely with existing suppliers
Bank posting and reconciliations
Supporting with general office duties including HR and facilities management
Overseeing support staff’s work in Guildford and other offices
The successful Part Time Financial Controller will have:
Previous experience in a similar position
Experience of working in an SME or a sole charge role will be beneficial
Working knowledge of Sage
Payroll exposure
Ability to communicate at all levels
