A Qualified Financial Controller is sought by a well-established construction business based in South East London. The role is offered on a part-time permanent basis working three days a week. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall financial function of the business on a practically sole-charge basis. The ideal candidate must have experience of working in the Construction industry, particularly the contracting sector. Excellent communication skills are essential, coupled with being flexible and adaptable, self-motivated, and proactive.

Management accounts Project analysis accruals/prepayments Cash reporting Timesheet processing Reconciliations / daily banking postings Sales ledger/ Purchase ledger processing Credit control PAYE / CIS payments VAT and CIS returns Year-end accounts Requirements of the Part-Time Financial Controller Role:
