Flexibility regarding days and hours. Overview Regis and Supercuts hair salons are part of the largest hair salon group in the UK operated by UK Hairdressers with over 90 national salons. We are recruiting a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative, fun marketing team based in Willenhall. We are passionate about creativity, exceptional communication, design and presentation. You will drive work from conception through to delivery on multiple workstreams, across all our brands. It is a varied role which will mean you will work on multiple different design assets from Ecommerce banners, animated mobile assets to supporting store print concepts, whilst also supporting overall company branding including internal signage and presentations. Responsibilities Create compelling and effective designs for digital and traditional channels. Research, develop and design for creative output of multichannel design assets for digital/print promotions, seasonal campaigns and conceptual work for our brands. Own and develop the brand guidelines for each brand and tweak accordingly. Ensure we align artwork to brand guidelines across all multichannel assets. Ownership of digital designs using initiative to explore new ways of suitable animations on channels. Digital design such as web banners, emails, social media and digital screen assets. Ownership of print within stores and salons which would also include exploring new executions and having input into suitable print/construction for example window assets, posters, leaflets, mirror clings and campaign materials. Manage any print working alongside print suppliers. You should be knowledgeable in print materials and have the ability to place orders. Ordering should be done within budgets, meet deadlines but also have the correct finish to support your design intention. Adherence to critical path to achieve deadlines. Attend brand photoshoots, helping to coordinate the shoot days but ensuring we capture the right content which can then be used in campaigns. Working alongside the digital team, you will be responsible for developing adverts that can be used on digital channels. You should have an eye for evaluating their performance and using this to shape design revisions. You are responsible for the look and feel of all new marketing campaigns. Working alongside the digital team, you will be responsible for the upload of the new campaign designs to the website. This includes monthly updates and any reactive messages. Work as a team to provide unique, innovative, and strategic designs, bounce ideas off each other and ensure design vision is communicated clearly. Explore concepts that challenge the norm for our varied audiences and present ideas clearly. Work with the team to review the effectiveness of each campaign and learn from this to implement future improvements. Work closely with members of the wider marketing team, challenging briefs and suggesting fresh ideas for their channels. Keep up to date with audiences, design and industry trends to help shape our creative outputs artwork for both internal and external use. Improve internal design processes for more efficient working – such as putting templates in place. Oversee day-to-day spend on any print material and ensure spend is well documented. Experience and Skills Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with a creative portfolio of work which showcases your creativity, strategic thinking across different channels and attention to detail. Highly confident in using Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign). Excellent typography and layout skills. Experience with videography/editing. Experience with print suppliers and ordering. Art working and print production skills. Copywriting skills delivering creative headlines or messaging that integrate with creative concepts. Experience in using Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects. Experience working with retail or beauty brands (desirable but not essential). Experience with working on a scheduling tool such as Monday.com (desirable but not essential). Job Types:
