£26k - £27k Pro Rata DOE Responsibilities Assisting the business in keeping attendance and performance up to date on our HR System. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Performing inductions for new starters. Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics using systems to inform decision-making. Assist training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation. Skills Strong experience with data entry and administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation. Ability to speak to a variety of audiences. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Previous experience in a HR environment would be desirable.
