We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a fantastic HR team on a temporary basis for 6 months to cover maternity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to gain some HR experience in a friendly, supportive, positive and inclusive workplace. You must be available to start early January 2025 and commit until the end of June 2025.

Main duties of this role will be:

Support the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee records management. Maintain employee files and HR databases with up-to-date and accurate information. Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and processing candidate documentation. Manage employee leave requests, including sickness, vacation, and maternity/paternity leave.

This role will suit an organised and experienced process-driven administrator. This makes use of your confident written and verbal communication skills, as well as your strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You must be confident in using MS Office and Excel as a lot of the work is on existing spreadsheets. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment will see you excel in this role.

This is a rare flexible part-time opportunity to gain experience and exposure to an HR setting with a friendly and supportive team. This role is office-based every day and you will be working in a beautiful, rural setting with free parking and a free hot lunch every day!
