Their aim is to always encourage, support and develop their people to ensure everyone reaches their full potential Job Description This role will require you to provide excellent HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers on generalist HR areas including absence management, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, as well as supporting our HR Business Partners on key strategic change projects

Other Accountabilities Include Attending formal meetings for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and medical or performance capability as HR representative; Working closely with the People Services team to ensure transactional processes such as absence management and leavers payments are accurate and meet payroll deadlines; Reporting and analysing trends of all case work Working collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and People Services Manager on case work requiring escalation or risk management; Ensuring best practice, fairness of approach, confidentiality and consideration is given to the sensitivity of HR related cases; Supporting the development and updating of HR policy and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice. The Successful Applicant The HR Advisor will have; Demonstrable experience in an advisory capacity of managing complex casework Solid experience in TUPE, absence management, and tribunals A minimum of level 5 CIPD What's on Offer A FTE salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per year Part-time hours Wed to Fri only (full-time hours are not available) - the role will be site-based A permanent role in a stable and established company
