Job Description Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Supporting the development of the company culture and overall employee engagement. Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintaining pay plan and benefits program. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Supporting the management team with their HR-related needs. Overseeing and managing a company-wide process of organisation development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, and change management. The Successful Applicant The successful Part Time HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in a HR Manager role within the FMCG or similar blue collar industry. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrable track record in HR project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation. What's on Offer A competitive salary up to £45,000 pro-rata.
