Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Report to senior members of staff if any problems or seeking advice. To keep records of work, and plan and carry out observations. To be able to work towards and maintain all standards. To follow an Early Years framework, being responsible for your key children’s recording, development, and planning, ensuring they are always up to date and asking for help if needed. To attend all staff meetings and training evenings. Maintaining staff ratios. Ensuring the preparation, care cleanliness, and maintenance of the room is to a high standard at all times. Adhere to any tasks or duties given to you from your head of room. Communicate with children consistently. Part-time Requirements
Must be able to work shifts between 7:15 and 18:15. 2 working days with some overtime to cover holidays/sickness. Must be Level 2 or 3 qualified in childcare. Childcare: At least one year of experience of working with children. Benefits
