We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to support a lovely client of ours! This role is ideally to start as soon as possible. It is fully on-site and you must be able to work every day based on shorter days.
If you have administration experience, especially working in the following industries: Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction - then this role could be for you!
Key Duties:
Answering all inbound calls and directing them to the correct person Responding to emails Providing customer support and handling inquiries via phone, email, and/or in person Processing sales orders and sales invoices Processing purchase invoices Producing export documentation Maintaining customer and supplier data on the CRM system Any other office-related jobs as requested
Experience needed for this role:
Experience working as an Administrator/Sales Admin High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment IT literate - Outlook, Excel, and CRM Systems
