Our client, a growing, successful and fun tech company are seeking an experienced Temporary Office Manager to join their team in their cool office on Tuesday and Thursday. As the Temporary Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing administrative support to various departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
