Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of bulk samples in line with ISO 17025 accreditation and the reporting of results both internally and externally.
Person Specification The successful candidate must also possess the following:
BOHS P401 is essential
Minimum of 6 months experience of working in a UKAS accredited Laboratory as a qualified analyst
The candidate should be computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Experience working with TEAMS is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
The candidate must possess good attention to detail, communication skills (both written and verbally) with the ability to manage and organise their own workload effectively
To work to the company’s established quality and safety procedures strictly at all times
Maintain continued professional development with training and audits
What We Can Offer You The hours of work are 20 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 1.00pm or from 1.00pm until 5.00pm.
A competitive 20 hours part time annual salary starting from £13,436.80 (£12.92 per hour) to £13,884.00 (£13.35 per hour) based on industry experience and qualifications (London weighting applies)
