Friday, 20th Dec 2024 Prince are working in partnership with a successful business based in Craven Arms. They are now looking for a part-time comprehensive receptionist, telephonist, and visitor welcome function in support of the Company’s business plan, quality standards, and operational objectives. The role will start on Monday 6th January, and you will be required to work longer hours that day to get training in the morning. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: Answer, monitor, and onward transfer of all incoming telephone calls Maintain a daily staff attendance register (for use in emergencies) Record staff absences on HR system Open, monitor, and sort all incoming mail Frank and record all outgoing national and international mail Meet and assist all visitors to the office Maintain diary for events, appointments, and visitors Order and monitor PPE and janitorial supplies Act as Fire Marshall (Emergency) coordinator for the whole site Perform any other duties as required and as commensurate with the role Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist, administration, or customer service role Well presented as you will be customer-facing Polite and professional telephone manner Highly organized You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions IT literate Available to start work on Monday 6th January The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
