Prince are working in partnership with a successful business based in Craven Arms. They are now looking for a part time comprehensive receptionist, telephonist and visitor welcome function in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives. The role will start on Monday 6th January and you will be required to work longer hours that day to get training in the morning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer, monitor and onward transfer of all incoming telephone calls Maintain a daily staff attendance register (for use in emergencies) Record staff absences on HR system Open, monitor and sort all incoming mail Frank and record all outgoing national and international mail Meet and assist all visitors to the office Maintain diary for events, appointments and visitors Order and monitor PPE and janitorial supplies Act as Fire Marshall (Emergency) co-ordinator for whole site Perform any other duties as required and as commensurate with the role
Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist, administration customer service role Well presented as you will be customer facing Polite and professional telephone manner Good administration skills Highly organised You must be a strong communicator and able to understand instructions IT literate Available to start work on Monday 6th January
