Fitshop UK, Great Western Road, is recruiting for a part-time time Retail Sales Advisor (22.5 hours p/week) to support the manager in achieving targets, delivering great customer service and supporting the day to day running of the store.
The role: The successful applicant will be a key member of the retail sales team and must demonstrate an affinity for exceptional customer service as well as a drive for achieving sales targets. A typical day includes;
Processing sales from the initial transaction through to fulfilment and aftercare
Achieving personal and store-wide sales and profit margin targets
Generating local business opportunities via outreach
Maximising store sales through effective merchandising
Managing stock and assisting replenishment
Effective cash handling and adherence to other administrative procedures
Opening and closing the store and other associated key holder duties as and when required The ideal candidate will: Be customer focused with excellent customer facing experience Have a background or a keen interest in sports, fitness and wellness Be self motivated and able to manage his/her own workload effectively Have a good standard of numeracy and literacy skills Have a happy, friendly, approachable personality and enjoys being part of a team Be flexible with their availability In return you will receive: 30 days annual leave(inclusive of bank holiday allowance) £11.80 per hour plus uncapped bonus opportinity
