We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Administrator to become a key part of our new, purpose-built VW Group Service Centre on Hawksworth Industrial Estate.
Role Overview:
As a Service Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations, providing top-notch support to ensure every customer interaction—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—is seamless and positive. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include recalling and following up with Customers, completing spreadsheets, and offering general administrative and customer service support.
