Qualified Social Worker - Younger Adults Community Mental Health Team Part time 3 days per week Chepstow, Monmouthshire up to £37 per hour payrolled via an umbrella company We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Monmouthshire County Council for an initial 6 month period covering a secondment from January 2025 preferably. This role is within the Young Adult Community Mental Health Team. This is a part time position predominantly based on site in Chepstow Hospital; 3 days per week to undertake predominantly care planning work, assessments and reviews. Pay rate for this role is in line with the market rate of £35 - £37 per hour. To apply for this role, you will need to hold - Experience of working with clients with mental health needs (or generic adults experience) A relevant Social Work Qualification Registration with Social Care Wales Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS 3 Years of referencing Driving license with access to a car Benefits of working for Hoop: 20 years’ experience of the Social Work market Your local agency based in Cardiff Welsh-speaking consultant available should you wish to converse in Welsh throughout your job search PAYE and Umbrella payroll options available – you choose!
