This award-winning spa on the edge of the Lake District offers luxurious spa treatments designed to relax your body and mind. Responsibilities

Ensure a warm, friendly, and professional welcome is delivered to all customers at all times. Meet and greet all customers using the Spa treatment facilities, focusing on entry and departure. Provide the best possible service at all times, prioritizing the customer’s interests. Interact with clients throughout their visit to support our repeat business strategy. Maintain a professional attitude regarding punctuality, appearance, and general attitude to the role. Handle cash, bookings, and general telephone inquiries when necessary. Request and manage membership cards to effectively handle the Spa Membership Packages and discount scheme. Efficiently manage bookings to maximize therapist utilization and support additional sales growth. Communicate efficiently and accurately with the Hotel reception on bookings and billings. Complete financial procedures and cashing up accurately when requested after internal training. Communicate key information promptly to the Spa Treatment Manager. Professionally handle client requests/complaints, using the support of the Spa Manager when necessary. Promote secondary sales in all areas of the Spa and Hotel. Recommend home care to clients after each treatment, upselling Spa Product House Retail stock to increase secondary sales. Report all sales figures accurately. Achieve sales targets set by the Spa Manager. Deliver all responsibilities in accordance with Health & Safety policy. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms to uphold service standards. Report treatment room professional stock levels and retail stock to the Spa Manager if running low. Maintain high standards of presentation within the Spa treatment and relaxation areas. Attend all necessary training courses as deemed by the Spa Manager. Deliver treatments to the required standards covered during internal and external training. Supervise the conduct and safety of users and equipment, reporting concerns to the Spa Manager immediately. Ensure all online training records and qualifications are up to date. Requirements

Qualified in Spa/Beauty Therapy to a minimum of level 2. Previous experience in this or a similar role is desired. Good work ethic and ability to work in line with the Company’s standards. Represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s Health & Safety Procedure and Fire Procedure. Conform to all Rules and Regulations outlined in the Staff Handbook and Staff Contract, in addition to those established by the Spa Manager. Working Hours

24 hours over 3 days (8.5 hours per day). Ideally looking for weekend availability and Monday/Tuesday. Salary

£12 per hour (weekdays)/ £14 per hour (weekends) plus an extensive range of company perks and benefits. Seniority Level
