Main duties of the job
As aSubstance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will You will be working with other members of the team that you are part of, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly. You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters tothem. You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and adviceon substance misuse related concerns.
