Part Time Support Worker Needed Ref no 21831Our client is a 16 year old young person who lives with his parents in the Northampton area. He is looking for a personal assistant to support him in his independence skills such as cooking and household tasks, with socialising and expanding his range of hobbies and social interests and to support him in his academic work. The ideal candidate will have a youthful outlook, a range of interests and an ability to enthuse others. An understanding of brain injury and autism would be advantageous. Previous experience working with young people with additional needs is essential.You must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle with business use car insurance. You will be expected to use your vehicle to transport our client.Hours of work8 hours per week 2 x 4 hour shifts Rate of Pay£18.00 per hourDue to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.Bush & Co are acting as agents for our client.
