Responsibilities: Managing the partner acquisition team, including technical onboarding specialists and sales team members, to ensure the seamless integration of new partners onto the Lyst platform. Proactively reach out to prospective partners, guiding them through the process of joining Lyst. Develop strategies to secure agreements with fashion brands and retailers. Create and improve acquisition strategies, processes, and workflows to make things run smoothly and help us reach our growth goals. Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, understanding their business needs, and presenting how Lyst can help them reach more fashion shoppers. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new partners are seamlessly integrated into the Lyst platform. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategy & planning to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, particularly within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail sectors would be highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, providing support and guidance to both technical and sales teams. Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing sales pipelines and negotiations. Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including overseeing onboarding processes and optimizing workflows for efficiency. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with prospective partners as well as with internal stakeholders. Ability to analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our Ways of Working:

We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days. Time Off:
