Ashbys Consulting are working with one of the UK's largest multi-discipline Building Consultancies, whose regional office in Leeds is looking to appoint a Partner level Chartered Building Surveyor with proven consultancy experience in the local property market.
This company has multiple offices nationwide, and their Leeds region delivers a range of property services for some major clients including real estate agents, local authorities, private property developers, management consultants, and national government estates. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, and insurance work.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on delivery of building surveying services Leading projects and coordinating the in-house multi-discipline design services Supervising, managing, and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team Technical reviews to manage the quality of services Key client development, financial forecasting, team management, and growth.
Minimum Requirements:
MRICS Consultancy experience in Leeds. Commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development Able to manage your own workload Capable of managing individual team members, organizing their work where necessary, and providing guidance on projects Good communication and client-facing skills A positive ‘can-do’ attitude Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
