Greenwoods' Real Estate team has a strong reputation for commercial real estate, combining strong technical skills with a commercial approach - punching above our weight in the type and value of the work we deliver to clients. The firm has identified growth in Real Estate as one of its core strategic priorities for the next 3-5 years. As part of that, the firm is looking for a Partner (or possibly a small team) to take a lead role in developing our established, commercial, regional practice, based in Peterborough. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to further develop their skills and reputation in this practice area at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is actively encouraged. We act for a broad range of clients from international corporations and developers to boutique restaurant groups on all aspects of their commercial real estate matters, with a focus on landlord and tenant, asset management and development work.
