Our client, a well-established Scottish firm, is currently recruiting a Partner experienced in either contentious and non-contentious construction, based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.The successful candidate can expect to handle a varied and interesting caseload, including but not limited to providing advice to clients on construction contracts, construction disputes, and subrogated recoveries. You will also represent a diverse range of clients within the construction industry, such as professional consultants, employers, contractors, and local authorities.To be considered for this role, you should have at least 7 years’ PQE and experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to lead a team and provide support to junior members. Experience in commercial construction is essential for this position.
